The file patch-2.4.21-rmk1-fass5 is a minimal-changes version of Adam
Wiggins' patch-2.4.18-rmk4-fass4.  It was "ported" before I had access to
any hardware.  Consequently, it has never been tested.  It also does NOT
incorporate later changes to the fass5 patches.  As such, it should really
be called something like patch-2.4.21-rmk1-fass5pre1.
